Very good entry, but I wondered if you were aware of the fact that, in light of the speed of the swim, for a non-athlete, and the amount of money raised he was given a special award at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year presentation.

Yes, I saw that, unfortunately this had already been accepted before the BBC Sports Personality of the Year show, so I couldn't update it. Now, though, I can, via a friendly curator
