. Re-reading it on the front page I'm not too happy that it is as clear as I'd like, since there is of course a lot more that can be said on most aspects.
Do check out the references: Roger Cain's site gives a good structured approach and has other worked examples, and if you can read The Blind Watchmaker chapters the iterated Prisoner's Dilemma gets many more of the conditions well explained.
