Chamomile and limeflowers? Is that sold commercially as a tea in the UK? I have been keeping an eye out for such a thing. At the moment I order limeflowers from a herbal stockist and use it to mix my own tea. They are a definite favourite with me. I am not too fond of chamomile but it could work with limeflower - hmmmm .... and don't forget the spoonful of honey.

I am posting to these hot drink threads far too much. I must be a "tea nerd".

Rooibos tea is also really really good. I think it comes from South Africa. It's almost sweet-tasting.

I live in Washington, D.C., and I've been buying it from a pricey shop/Web called Teavana. It's $4.50 for 4 ounces. I think that's about 2.80 in pounds. But you need only a dab to make a cuppa. I'm sure there are cheaper places to get it.

Ummmmm I had a fantastically nice cup of Assam tea last night, with some boaster style biccys. It was !
