I cracked the case on mine last night to have a a bit of rummage around - there seemed to be a broken plastic part wiggling around inside (I never did drop it) and it was a refurbished one, I found out later.
NEVER get refurbished - at least you can have a broken new one refunded or striaght up replace...if it ups and gives you the sadface.

'bout time I had some good news! I haven't been in to the official Nokia place yet...but there's a place online that will change my LCD for £28.
