I say Haiku's a state of mind
My mind in a state - like zen garden. Haiku, i say!
Does anyone think the same?

Thinking takes effort.
I can think, or I can act.
Doing both confuses.

so much rainy mist,
cane spiders, geckos and mold -
haiku in Haiku

There's too much haiku
In this haiku, haiku squared,
With haiku on top.

I woke with a lust
Zen at sunrise, lunch, and dusk
Haiku diet soon

snow; gone with the sun
a winter mild with kid gloves
Cold! Thought? Instant Zen!

Not sure what Zen is.
Have read that Westerners
Lack full grasp of it.

Zen Haiku:

Sleep when you sleep, maybe dream
Sunshine - open eyes

I gaze at the sky,
If it really *is* a sky.
Maybe it's just doom.

i see the moon and grey clouds
heaven must be cold
