also, don't s have a sort of in-built storage space as well, for small objects which fit in the hole in the middle?

Actually Ripper me old mucker... the hole was intentionally built in so me can use my tongue to grab them and force them into my mouth... also tis jolly useful when they are out of my reach to snag them with my tail... ~happy grin~

Hi Greebo! I'd have told you if you asked me! Have some and a to calm you down.

This old fish has had 5 addresses in the past 4 years. One seller pulled out at 3pm on exchange day leaving me homeless and in a scrabble about to find somewhere to rent at 3 days notice. I still had to pay the solicitor bill for a purchase that never happened though. Then start the house hunt all over again. If my new place didn't already have a name I think I'd call it Dunmovin' (for now, anyway).

So, will there be a famous Greebo housewarming party thread?

I'm in the middle of buying a new abode, but I rarely hear anything.... it's a bit of a worry. I know the building soc has had their survey done and I've had one letter from my solicitor - asking for money!! Not a problem. I'll have to sort that this week.

Let us all know when the house-warming is....
