Hello My Friends ,

I am back now, and are going to make sure I do not disappear again on you . Thank you for all your kind words and messages, it really does mean a lot to me.

My birthday was a radio-active one , but not as bad as last weeks tests. It was still half a day in the hospital, and a painful half an hour lying on a solid metal bed while a big camera goes round and round making me dizzy . All the tests have been completed for now, the test results will take a couple of weeks to go through to the specialist so it's a case of waiting.

For my birthday I had a new office chair off my parents, which will put me in the proper position to help my spinal problems. I had a lovely book from Websailer, it is called 'The Head Gardeners - Forgotten Heroes of Horticulture'. It is about the head gardeners of the big halls/houses long ago. My grandad was one of these, and I will find it very interesting, the old rules and regulations etc...

I had lots of cards, three CD's to 'help gardeners soothe their aches and pains' after a morning or day in the garden. I think it is relaxing, soothing music which will make me . Those were off my aunt. I had money and little bits and pieces; a nice day .

My five-month old computer was replaced Monday after setting on fire Sunday Afternoon . It must have been because I glowed too much . It was playing up from day one and are pleased it has been replaced. I lost a lot of information as I never got around to backing up, I cannot get this information back as it was the hard drive which was faulty and caused the burning. The manufacturer and shop was so helpful and concerned. I had to answer over a hundred questions for their safety report! Two and a half hours it took. I had after.

Now I have a better type, which I am finding a joy to operate .

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooh, sympathies over the 'pooter. I've had so many problems that I back up automatically now, in fact 'one of' (sic) my old ones pretends to be an external hard drive for this purpose, and the other (yes!!!) deals ONLY with details of my collection. When/if I master Briefcase, everything will be so much easier. Crosses fingers, toes and eyes. I've learnt not to grab those tempting CDs which adhere to magazines; most of my troubles, I'm sure, stem from the installation of programmes which I'm incapable of running - being a Very .
