It's not all my fault after all! smiley - biggrin

Hubby says there's a leak under the unit which houses the dishwasher, so I will phone up the fitters tomorrow as that is part of their job smiley - cross

If that doesn't cure it, I will then phone up the supplier/manufacturer and get them to sort it out under the warranty and guarantee - it's only a couple of weeks old, and been used about 4 times smiley - erm

I was allowed to press buttons to show Hubby what I had done in the first place... and it seems that part was okay! smiley - diva

A nice gentleman on the phone had me pressing buttons smiley - ok

It's still broken, though smiley - erm

Because the sequence of lights flashing isn't noted in any of the 'instant repair' manuals, he's sending an engineer out on Friday. Maybe I will be allowed to press more buttons then smiley - diva

Reality Manipulator

It's been ages since I last used a dishwasher and I have only used the more moderns at work. My parents bought the very early ones in the 70's and there was quite a number of restrictions on what you could put inside, such as only crockery and cutlery. I don't think you were allowed to put glasses or any type of cooking utensils such as casserole dishes, pots and pans. It took nearly an hour to wash the dishes and did not find it that good as they are now.

I hope that the problem with your dishwasher will be easily fixed.smiley - hug
