Well I know that!

But people have a problem sometimes, and he doesnt want to cause problems, so what can you do?

If he has a loving and stable relationship, he has as much right to look after children as any other *normal* couple!

There are more problems hidden in *normal* families than any that have been fostered or adopted to same sex couples!

No you’re completely right as far as I can see, its just persuading the minx that’s a problem. He has it stuck firmly in his head that its cause all sorts of problems and completely ruin the child’s life and waiting in the wings would be some perfect family with a big country house a rabbit or whatever who would have adopted it had we not been there. It, therefore, being all his fault.

Charlie comes across as quite young so I would guess you are both nearly the same age.

I don't think either of you are above 25 and may be as young 20. I think Charlie is the younger...say 21... you maybe 24..
