The horns: step one- bend ring and middle finger on either or both hands keeping index and little fingers straight up.
step 2- Move thumb across palm so it lies over the fingernails of the ring and middle fingers.
Step 3- Point fingernails and thumb in direction of band and scream at them (if youre at a concert).

I don't think there is a proper name for it. It's one of those things used by all without a name.

It's had many different names over the centuries, and many different reasons for being used. 'Horns' works, I think. Took me a couple of seconds to work out what you mean, but I agree there should be a smiley for it.
