Well, if it's any comfort at all, not only have I not cut down as I promised myself I would around New Year, I seem to be speeding up at the moment. So you're doing better than me

I suspect I'd rather not hear although it might be good for me, I can never watch medical documentaries

Trin, thats the trouble with cutting down isn't it, it never lasts. All those of you who keep nagging me, well its probably the only way to get me to do anything

well she still nags me althought it doesn't seem to have had much effect
took me about 2 years to go from thinking about becoming about a vegetarian to actually becoming one so theres still hope
