when its school holidays we get kids phoning up for the phone number of Santa Claus or David Beckham 
I just tell them to phone international directories

Grrr, Xmas stress (work through the whole thing 
) so can't be bothered to reduce smoking beyond a pain-free limit of around 20 a day. It's a nightmare; to hear The Darkness at work, then in the car on the way home, then again when shopping - would like to strangle that Justin bloke with the whiney voice by wrapping tinsel around his throat and then hanging baubles off his gappy teeth.... sorry, feel better now

I haven't given up and I still feel like killing some of our customers, they're just lucky they're on the opposite end of a phone line
