My first guide entry, A2982440 Louise Brooks: Actress and Writer, has reached the pront page
Only took a little over a year from joining hootoo to get my first entry written and edited, hopefully I'll manage the 2nd, Pyrrhus, King of Epirus, a little faster

Whooooo HOOOOOOO....!
I remember reading it, but not on the front page.
Perhaps it was already there in another multiverse type kind of thing....

for getting to the pront page, BC!
I'm getting degavu too but I think that may be from when the entry entered the edited guide.

Congratulations
I know I've read it four weeks ago, so it's not a 'déjà vu ', but I still like it

Congrats! And in hot pursuit of my entry on Pickles A3100168 making the front, my one on Half Man Half Biscuit A2998498 has been accepted
I had a girlfriend once who idolised Louise Brooks

Congrats to both of you.
I'm really gonna have to see a Louise Brooks film. I've never seen so much as one. Any you'd recommend?

I'm going to have to find out about her, and then see a movie, aren't i?

Its not been on the Front Page or in the Edited Guide until now
Those of you with deja whotsit may have been victims of my nagging as I started trying to get people to look at and comment on it when I first submitted it to Writing Workshop about 6 months ago
If you fancy watching her films both Pandora's Box and Diary of a Lost Girl, her 2 best films, are available from Amazon
I'm extremely jealous of both Scandrea and Edward who seem to be able to produce high-quality entries quickly
However the thing I'm really puzzled by is why Snailrind hasn't sent A2263961, a wonderful entry, to Peer Review yet, so read it, tell her how good it is, and hopefully she will do something about it

Okay, okay! It just needs a bit of tweaking, that's all. But thanks for the compliment. I thought your entry was very well put together, too. You've put a lot of information down in a small amount of space without giving it a chance to become boring. Makes me want to find out more about the woman.

Catching up here, I just noticed that I wrote "degasvu" rather that "deja vu" or some such. I did not see Degas, just to be clear.

Wahay, good for you, B'cat. You're a good writer.
This is almost enough incentive for me to add that last sentence to mine and stick it up for review.
