Just to clarify, 'bituminous felt' would, in Wales, be pronounced more along the lines of 'bitch your Mina's felt".
This has reduced me to near-hysterics when teaching fractional distillation in recent weeks.

And Punctuous Birmingsworth, of course...
But I've never heard about the ones you mentioned.
