Lurkers sure do count... but I've got some sheep to count now so I'm leaving the bar to go to the baa. See you! smiley - ok

>>Isn't there a Polish film director called Wnikeye?<<

She might be the sister of Dr Wnikeye the Polish Specialist who was nominated for a Nobel for his work on Ocular Spasms.

And don't forget their cousin the West African one-eyed poet whose work on the cultural significance of the inner dark is sublime.

Actually, when I saw 'Wnikeye' the first thing I thought of was a sort of NYPD cop drama with a gruff Polish detective who doesn't always play by the rules but gets the job done, although very much at the expense of his marriage etc. etc.

"Hey! Get yoor ass in here, Wnikeye!"

"Sheesh, chief - ya wanna stop bustin ma hump already?"

I think the Polish director you're referring to is Jan Wnikeje, famous for his trilogy of films 'Nudge Nudge' 'Yaknow What I Mean' and 'Sorry, I've got Something Something in My Eye That's All, I Didn't Mean Anything Honest'. smiley - silly

PS - By the way, that kind of spelling mistakes is why I use all the shortcuts I can. Pretty tricky to remember how exactly you're supposed to write ---I mean ----I mean ---smiley - ermyou know what I mean. Harder to mess up something like ; ) or : - P.

Are you in Brunel, or are you using the keyboard shortcuts?

Keyboard shortcuts. I don't really like brunel, too dark and squarish for me. I use alabaster - I know a lot of people don't like it, but I think it's nice, simple and friendly-looking and light.

I've never learnt the keyboard shortcuts...I guess I could tape my smiley list to the wall and start...

smiley - winkeye What can I get you then? c |_|, g |_|, \ R /, or maybe even > - |? Or perhaps just | % | or c \ _ /? (try them without the spaces)
