And raising a super-size mug to your mouth, brimful of steamy coffee, is one of the most strenuous forms of exercise there is, according to a report in this month's 'Body Bootiful' Magazine which I just made up.

Yes, that was it, "Body Bonafide"
*puts on reading glasses and reads aloud.*
"...the nerves used in sending impulses to your hand when lifting a mug of coffee to your lips cause muscles in a variety of parts of your body, and sometimes even in the people sitting close to you, to quiver in anticipation thus giving them the equivalent of a 3 mile run up hill while wearing a divers helmet and flip-flops."
*gently puts down magazine in a "well that says it all" kind of way.*

We've got the cheapest espresso I know in Uni - something like *complex arithmetics* 40p or so in your money.
Very useful on those loooooong days.

*Checks change in pockets* Oo - I could have three!
(And never sleep again, obviously)

Oh, sleep is _so_ last summer!

Yeah - tell me about it. Don't feel like I've slept all week. And not in an attempt to be fashionable either.

Hmm, speaking of which, I better go offline soon. I still have a couple of stuff to finish before I go to sleep, and I've got an early day tomorrow. Good night!

Night Lady P!
Now, you're not going to let a little thing like needing half an hour to post each time hold you back, are you?
(Seems to be working fine here *touchwood* Sunspots? Or is a slow hootoo day scheduled for Thursday and I've still got forty-five minutes to go before it kicks in?)

Do lurkers count?
Sleep is a poor substitute for coffee, I don't know why they bothered inventing it.
