You can delete the journal entry, but it lives forever at the start of this thread.
Best way to do it is to change your actual homepage, because you can then update it again without your email address.
In the meanwhile, you'd better warn your work that you're about to be flooded with spam because you posted your email on the internet; you've done this deliberately to see how effective their firewalls and spam filters are...
