Having returned to school for a few days...

...I have come to a few conclusions.
1.Teachers are not all evil. Just 99.99999 percent of them.
2.3rd year isn't much different to 2nd year.
3.A surprising number of people actually seemed *happy* to see me alive and well.
4.Classes are better now I've chosen my subjects, but you can't drop German...
5.I'm confused about how so much good and evil manages to exist under one roof without collapsing into a quantum singularity...

Well no, but you have to take either German, French or Spanish. I had been doing German, so I decided to continue.

What system is that?
The easiest way to figure it out-how old are you/everyone else in your year if you're not the same age?
What classes are you taking, besides German? I take French, and languages are not compulsory here after 8th grade (mandatory in grades 7 and 8, although not if you have trouble with reading comp in english) but recommeneded, because colleges like to see languages (not the same uni system as you) (this is all for my town, btw. there is no national standard or anything)

Okay. Over here I'm Year 3 (7 years in Primary School, P1, P2 etc then 6 Years in Secondary School, Year 1, Year 2 etc).
