I definitely need a new time machine, the old one is not taking me back to the dates I want anymore. I would not have minded if it had brought me back to August 1999, but January 2010?! Yikes!

Wow! I'm quite proud of myself: I've managed to come back after a few hours this time

Hopefully I'll fully get back into the Hootoo routine soon... after all, it's thanks to h2g2 that I do well on some other sites (like mixx.com and, of course, my main blog) so the least I can do is keep in touch as much as I can

Looks like my homepage needs some updating soon too...

Apparently (and according to Doctor Who), is what makes everything work... Then again, I'm not sure it would be such a good idea to pour into my computer.

Speaking of updating, did you know there is going to be a new registration/login system? SSO is being switched off in Feb. You update now, or wait 'til then and you'll be forced to (if you want back in ).

If you have multiple accounts, each account needs its own email address. And people who don't register before the switch will have a 6 month grace as long as they've logged on to h2 since June 09 (everyone else will lose access to their account).

Welcome back and Happy New Year

Since 2006, I have become a big Marvel fan and not only watched the films but I have started to read the comic books, and have also been watching Wolverine and the X-men on tv and online.

I have watched the X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Star Trek XI and Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince last year at my local cinema. I have also been avidly watching the Doctor Who and Torchwood series and looking forward to the new actor taking over as the new Doctor, I wonder if we will find out his real name? And I have also read the whole series of Harry Potter from August to September last year.

Okay, this time it took longer to come back... But, I have a good excuse this time; my PC became very poorly (very slow, not giving me much chance to do much online) and eventually died. But, I eventually got hold of a Windows disk and that helped it regenerate

Yep, I survived the new sign on thingy... Good thing I do pop in time to time

Thanks everyone for the news/updates/etc... Of course, now I need updates on those updates as, well, I'm a bit late to reply to them. Has h2g2 thought of providing some kind of email alert service for when someone replies to us? That would definitely helps here

Oh great... I turn my back for a second (well, a few months really, but still..) and h2g2 is getting sold

Mind you, it looks like it's the trend on the net at the moment... Mixx.com (a social news site with a great community - almost as great as HooToo's one, where I've been shining on quite a few occasions)has also been sold.

I've changed my email in the settings at last... as I don't use my yahoo account much, it was a bit silly to still have my yahoo email addy as way to contact me. So, that's rectified now, probably good timing too
