And this time....one of these days we'll get it right
I like my gadgets too.. I just like them at a reasonable price, is all..
Nah...If I go to a meet, I think I'll do the summer one eventually.. Although it would be yet another good excuse to go to Alton Towers.. My friend had texted me this morning to say that she had gone She said it was overrated!
The quiter the better, really. I don't mind small crowds, I just hate stampedes...

Now seems O.k ish
Reasonably priced gadgets are the best of all (apart from cut-priced gadgets, of course).
Well, let me know if and when you do. You can introduce me to people
I don't even like small crowds...

...briefly caught moments at the moment
The more useless the better, in my books. Like the acre of martian land that I own.
Sounds like a plan.... one of these days.
I can handle a well dispersed crowd, but any concentrated ones and I feel the need to scarper.

fleeting glimpses across a crowded... thread.
Lol, or the plot that I am currently in posession of, previously known as "Australia"
*resists temptation to sing Eagles songs* But a good plan nevertheless
As far as I'm concerned, anyone within two feet of me is in a dangerous position. ESPECIALLY if it's an old lady with one of those ankle-remover trolleys that they drag behind them without any regard for human safety.

Like that?
Never ever ever EVER sing Eagles songs....
Not as bad as people with push-chairs. I swear you should need a licence to drive one of those things..
Is it still today?
TeaKay Posted Jul 29, 2004
Yeah, sort of
I as assuming you were referring to the same conversation that I was thinking of...
Don't like the Eagles? That particular brand of folk/country/rock not your thing. Shame.
I saw a double- push chair the other day. Not the usual side by side type, but an elongated fighter-cockpit type contraction. It was like watching someone trying to push a bus. I dived out of the way pretty sharpish.

No...but you know how bad my colinder-brained-ness is at the moment
For some reason I harbour a severe hatred of the Eagles. Still haven't worked out quite why.
Don't blame you, those things are just scary...

Yeah, why not... *futters eyelashes*
I could think of worse things to miss out on..
Congratulations!
...Who's Chris?

TeaKay Posted Aug 2, 2004
Or better, depending on your point of view...
Chris is a friend of mine- the first one to have a baby. Well, he didn't have the baby, obviously... you get the drift

You really don't want to get between me and anything I'm falling towards... I'd kill you, and I wouldn't want that on my conscience. Plus I'd have no- one to talk to

Existential Elevator Posted Aug 3, 2004
....My previous posting was based on a joke I occasionally had with Nate, based on the large height difference
Oh, don't worry. In the unlikely event of that happening I'll come back to haunt you. Happy?

TeaKay Posted Aug 4, 2004
I think the weight difference would be a significant factor.
Excellent If there was anyone I'd want to be haunted by, it'd be you

TeaKay Posted Aug 5, 2004
Well, yes, the height difference would exascerbate* the weight difference problem due to levering and torques and stuff...
I look forward to it.

You don't have to pretend to be dead if you want to come and visit me. I take live visitors occasionally too, you know.
