There's something so satisfying about cooking and baking.. I think it's one of the most immediately gratifying arts there is.. you make it and within minutes to hours you experience it..

When I told my brother about last Christmas, he asked if I was sure that was an 'O' or an 'A' in that name.
Batty, we could all get together on one or the other side of the Atlantic and bake for a couple of days. Granted, we'd need someone to test the pies, pastries, cookies and other stuff.

I have a pecan pie recipe that calls for chocolate chips.

Well you know my kitchenaid is the big monster workhorse variety... so I think it could handle three bakers and a tester..

This is close to how I make pecan pies, but I don't use corn syrup. Instead I use molasses and change the amount of the other sugar.
