When I told my brother about last Christmas, he asked if I was sure that was an 'O' or an 'A' in that name. smiley - biggrin

Batty, we could all get together on one or the other side of the Atlantic and bake for a couple of days. Granted, we'd need someone to test the pies, pastries, cookies and other stuff.

This is close to how I make pecan pies, but I don't use corn syrup. Instead I use molasses and change the amount of the other sugar.
