Came home from work early only to cut my hand not once, but twice yes twice! in the space of a half hour
As you all know my liking for bleeding profusely (spelt wrong I know) this was not a pleasent experiance and now the kitchen looks like a scene from the chainsaw massacare. *sighs* Take out tonight then.
I'm full of pent up bad energy and no motor bike to blow it off on.
I feel like bouncing off the walls, I think I need to go work out.

I usually have three options on such days, ... A bit of time and some transcendental meditation. Or a few minutes pounding a speed-bag in the basement. Or in the worst case, I have a very good axe and a tree stump that has to go anyway.
