No, punishment for calling prefects a bunch of stuck up idiots with delusions of grandeur (or something rather more pithy given age and temperment at the time!).

It doesn't always work that way.
When I was a little first year I was terrified of the sixth form and kept well out of their way. By the time I'd reached the sixth form the little rat bags in the first year weren't bothered by any of us and happily accused us of bullying when they were 'encouraged' not to use our corridor/common room.
