I have been officially declared uncool by my 10 year old daughter because I can't play her PS2 games

I can beat her to a standstill at Sabrina the Teenage Witch on PC tho and we're evenly matched at 21/Blackjack/Pontoon/Whatever you want to call it

I'm still uncool tho, I thought parents were only uncool when they say 'That's not music it's a godawful noise'

Thanks guys I knew this day would come, I can't play any of them, Alex is still smarting cos her dad beat her at her favourite game 3 times on sunday, which is probably why she asked me to play with her

Ach well! My parents have never played any of my games with me on the PC, nintendo or playstation, so I personally think that the fact you'll even try makes you pretty cool.

What's her fave game then? *ponders if she could beat Alex and if not would that make her uncool too*

Alex's favourite game is Hot Wheels World Race, she loves driving games

See I had that with my younger mate from school (hes 15, im near enough 19, so hes antics make me feel very old)

Brought Halo round for the glourios xbox and gave me a good kicking. Told me I was getting old (I used to beat him on goldeneye) and such.

What did I do?

Spend an entire weekend learning the game inside out. Every weapon, every level. the Lot


He comes round grinning like a cat and asks if I want another game. Sure says I, and I play possum for a few rounds waiting till hes nearly won. Then butchered him big time! Kill him the face! Twice! Ha foolish child beat me!

I used to have a very special copy of quake II for things like that, we used to play it over the network at college and I'd kick serious wossname... due to it being impossible to kill me

I'm better with Game Boy Advance than PS2

Uncool isn't that bad,

wait till she turns 11 and will try to kill you by playing repedative music over and over and over and over and over again.

son's got PS2 and bought me XBox, but someone has to lose(me)but If everybody won,the games would be boring or that immposible, no one would buy them. I'd get fed up winningnot!!
