Much better, thank you for your kind comments
I don't know, I shouln't be in the job I am without a degree of some sort, so thats kind of odd. And I think I'll build my own road when it comes to friends, they are out there waiting to be friendly.

I'm suffering a bit from post-holiday-blues
And my credit card took a severe bashing in Iceland so I'm broke for a few months..
..and work's a bore
..and dont get me started on men!
Hang on....I think I hear the theme tune from Freinds playing in the background....
"Your job's a joke, your broke, your love life's D.O.A"
Oh Dear, one of those.

Actually the finances might be OK. Just had to rearrange a few funds from one place into another.
And friends - yay! I offered one friend who's just split up with her boyfriend my spare room, so now I get a built-in babysitter who pays me to be there, and she gets a cheap room.

heh, god I hate the buggers they give us males a bad name.
Or is it that women only go out with duck 'eds, it seems that way, most women I know are man haters and I don't know why. I'm not like that, I don't know were they pick these people up.

Well I can only give my opinions on those I know, so despite what you might have heard that does not qualify as "most men"
Hmmm...if I have to generalise on personal experience it would be "selfish, arrogant, vain, rude"
But that probably describes me, too. On a good day
Oh Dear, one of those.
DoctorMO (Keeper of the Computer, Guru, Community Artist) Posted Jun 5, 2003
I will now atempt as is my want to break down your words...
selfish, posible unwilling to commit but could be plain old insecurity too.
arrogant, male shovenism, you don't get any girl with no confidence and most men phsyc them selves up against each other which results in a high tide head.
vain, I've not seen this to a large extent but it could just be my unique standing.
rude, would be that brass coming out again, insecurity see.

Selfish = only seeing things from their point of view, choosing actions which suit them best, regardless of how that affects others. Words most unlikely to say "Would that be OK with you?"
Arrogant = always assuming they know everything, and that everything they know is right. Words most unlikely to be spoken "I'm not sure/ I don't know" c.f refusal to stop and ask for directions when lost.
Vain = not in a preening, "always checking self in mirror" way. Almost the reverse, in fact. A cocky self-assurance that they are attractive no matter what they are wearing. Words most unlikely to say "Does my bum look big in this?"
Rude - OK, I'm probably thinking of the flashy pub/ club scene here, and you're right, there is definitely a competitive streak which comes out in a group of lads. Most unlikey to say "Excuse me"
Key: Complain about this post
