PG stands for "Parental Guidance", to help parents in knowing whether they should have their children accompany them to a movie, to explain some of the stuff that the parent doesn't understand. smiley - tongueout

My dreams usually keep themselves PG. A few nights ago I dreamt I had suddenly contracted a kind of amnesia. I had forgotten everything that had happened in an entire year. In the dream I tried to find out about my life ... I asked around and discovered that during the 'missing' year I had a love affair with a beautiful woman and also I had managed to make a hundred thousand bucks ... but lost all of this ... and even the memories of it! I *so* wanted to remember it all - the dream never let me!

Which was worse: losing the hundred million bucks in the dream, or waking up and wishing it were real in your waking life? smiley - huh

I'd say it was worse waking up and realising it had never happened!

You also make less money, if your sleep time comes from time you would otherwise have worked. smiley - cry

I had another 'geography' themed dream last night! There's this special place in my dreams, it's to the east of my dream-town in the dream-world, with the loveliest mountains and forests. In many dreams I go there and then hike into the mountains to a special spot where you can look down a mountain gorge at waterfalls and then out over forested lowlands stretching into the distance, with forested mountainsides around it. Well in yesternight's dream I revisited the same territory ... to find that it all had been 'developed'! All over the mountains, and in the lowlands as well, replacing the forests, there were hotels built. For tourists. And there was absolutely nothing of the original wild scenery left, for those tourists to enjoy! It was a nightmare. I was horrified!

At least in the dream I later found a patch of unspoilt forest in the area, with some animal life (a scarab beetle to be exact) and some really nice plants.

Now I wonder if I *again* visit this area in my dreams, if the hotels will again be there, or whether the forests will return ... imagine if this dream spot had become permanently spoilt!!!

Oh, what a sad dream! smiley - sadface

We need to be stewards of the smiley - earth more than ever.
It has always seemed smiley - weird to me that people are most likely
to build houses and office buildings on the land that is
best for agriculture or forests (except mountain slopes).

As a compromise, I would advocate creating millions of artificial mountains, and platin g them heavily with trees. smiley - xmastree

College campuses often have ivy-infested buildings
(and sometimes ivy-covered professors smiley - winkeye ).
