The international boat show is supposed to be next week here in town...a lot of the boats I have been working with will be in it...but of course with the huricane comeing they got to get out of dodge...so looks like I will be driving to Savanhha tonight to meet a boat that was supposed to be here...I was going to fix there system here and it was going to be a nice day...now it will be a 6hr drive...somekind of cheesy motel for the night then meet the boat as it pulls into the dock...fixem...then drive another 6hrs back down so I can get back to work...and finish the odds and ends before I leave out on Monday...and no matter how messed up this huricane makes my work schedule it still doesn't even begin to compare to the changes this and other huricanes have made in peoples lives as of late so even though I complain a bit...I understand that I still have it pretty good

So flight got cancled Monday, then my next flight got cancled tuesday...now I am sitting at the airport waiting on a third flight...which I will have to take directly to Rome and have to start working as soon as I land...should be fxun really

So many trees and powerlines down....nice and quiet at night at least though

Did you ever the film "Terminal," about a man (played by Tom Hanks) who had to live in an airport terminal for well over a year? I bet you'll have a shorter stay in whatever terminal you're in.

(And, yes, I was leading up to a pun: in that film, the airport was Hanks's terminal destination )
