Good Luck, Queensgate!

Four lads from Dartmouth are aiming to be the first four-man crew to row the Atlantic. Keep track of their progress here:
http://www.oceanregatta.com

Shaun in particular is one of my younger brothers' best friends, and they often rowed together and even shared the odd West of England championship.

Fingers crossed - and 'Boggle Boggle'!!!

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

Are you in radio contact with them Parrfers? Which way are they rowing - east to west or west to east? If it's the former, let them know that if they get blown off course and end up in the Gulf of Mexico, they're welcome to row their way up the Colorado River and find lodgings at GoshoTowers smiley - ok

They're rowing east - west. I'm not in radio contact with them personally, but I know that another of my brother's friends has spoken to them in the past couple of days.

Apparently they're on course to complete the crossing in a record 32 days. Imagine that - out of sight of land for a whole month, in a small boat...

How's life in the Southern Climes?

At the moment life is cold, wet and windy. I'm not too bad, ta, although I've had a cold since new year, which seems to have taken up residence for the remainder of the winter.
