Are you using a full supported browser? Or have you switched to the HTML lite version of Gmail?

I have absolutely no idea - this is OJ's machine (I am working on two machines at the moment!) I dont think I have deliberately done anything. Am using Explorer and a version of windows I dont know well so often trips me up

If it's IE, then it should be fully supported.
Take a look in your spam box. If it says "Hooray, no spam here" then you're using the full version of Gmail. As an Opera user, I have to go with the more limited HTML version for the time being.

No we've had this debate before, and you're still wrong. I mean it's not as if you're using your supplier's most up to date product. Surely that should be Firefox. (Which I don't much care for either to tell you the truth.)

I don't like Firefox... leastways not the last version of it I tried - no control over *anything* in the Preferences menu. With Mozilla I can, for instance, fine tune exactly what sort of cookies I wan't, from whom, and how long to keep them.
Saying that I should be using my supplier's most up to date product is a bit like saying that you should sell your (and I'm going back a bit here because it's the only analogy I can think of) big, comfortable Ford Granada in favour of a pokey little Escort because that's the company's latest product. They're two different lines.

I really like "Firefox" mainly becuase of the "Tab" option. Sooo much easier than separate windows for each browser like on IE....

Have you had much spam?
I get the odd one or two pieces each day. Also some of the e-mail lists that I'm not - popbitch, Cnet, Michael Moore, that sort of thing - sometimes get identified as spam and diverted there.
Anyway, if you have got spam, you've got that lovely "delete forever" button that you can play with

Firefox is a browser, Mozilla is a suite - browser, email/Newsgroup client, html editor, chat client, and some developer tools. I used to use the Mozilla email client but I don't need it now cos I use Gmail exclusively I've never installed the chat client and I've never used the html editor or the developer tools.

I dont get that much spam - not nearly as much as OJ - but then again he used his full name and I did not so I dont know if its something to do with that
Anyway I have played with the delete for ever button and I think I am using standard profile ...
