As a few "lucky" people I've been driving mad with this know, I've been running a webcomic for the past two months.

Got my 1,000th pageview today, and I've got it all drawn to the end of the chapter - another two months' worth.

It looks like the thing is taking off, rather than fizzling out like so many of the best-laid plans of mice and Malas.

Nice one Mal! I had a feeling that subject line would be about this. Oddly enough when I was reading it earlier I was going to ask you how many people are reading it.

Judging by the pageviews from Thursdays (when I update) I've got about 25 regular readers - but since it's only been two months and I've got an unpaid (and hence unadvertised) account, it's not so bad.

Though the most popular series are getting about 10,000 hits per day

Yours still is at a very early stage, though. It's not bad at all considering all the regular readers still don't know what it's about yet!

I may be a bit thick - but I'm having trouble making it do anything other than either show me the TV thing or one page

is there some click-through method that you have to suss out to be considered enough to read it?
