Why is this place so alive with half truths, hints, suggestions, indirect half glances, excuses.?

We don't have body language like in real life..so there is great potential for playing games and messing with people's heads.

Some people obviously get a kick out of that.

It's really easy. Just come clean. No-one will die because of it...

Apparently there's this big secret to do with Lord Wolfden..but no-one will tell me what it is. I feel like a total idiot because on various threads over the last 18 months or so I've told it how I saw it, and even today I said, 'he was like a big kid without a bad bone in his body'.

What a cr**in I was. eople knew all about this other stuff which they now won't say. They must have been really laughing at me and my honest naivity.

And they still won't say.

And of course there is that weird site where the Della wars are meticulously collated in horrifying detail.

3Dots gave me a link. And it is truly scary the trouble someone took to create that thing.

But this all grist for the mill of making a record of our culture that we can carry through in glorious fashion to the new Jerusalem of noohootoo and the Foundation.

his convos are only from 2006 can't get back to what he posted, all i can see is his message centre and that reads very badly, as you can't see what he has posted in other convos, the messages he gets calling him about his behaviour reads like a load of bullys picking on him for being childish and silly, its very out of context and makes certain researchers look very bad, seems he used to multi post the same bit of nonsence on various threads, trolling flaming and spaming, unless you know the specific convo and date you can't find it from his PS

He always came across to me as a bit 'simple'..not calculating or nasty..that's why I always stuck up for him here. He appeared good hearted. I'll always stick up for someone with a good heart, however annoying.

But now there are dark hints that no-one will say, of something else. And so I feel like an idiot for always sticking up for him.

But apparently this loveable idiot was something much, much worse. But they won't say. kea says she hasn't the energy at present and has respect for his ps. That makes no sense to me. Lil also won't say.

he pissed off to many people who complained so the eds had to do something

now you can't see what he did so its all slanted and a perusal around his PS makes the comunity seem petty and vindictive

Apparently out of respect to let him lie in peace..these awful crimes can't be told.

Yeah but if the guy was just a bit 'simple' why would he be treated like that? He wouldn't in real life. I'd be disgusted if some person a few sandwiches short of a picnic was hounded and bullied. It would make me puke.

So why won't they say?

There's no secret and honestly I'm not trying to keep anything from you.

He spissed alot of people off mainly because he spammed alot of popular threads with posts telling us things like what the time was. It was intensely irritating to go to your convo list, see ten new posts, and then find all of them were Wolfden posting the time. He was asked to stop. He didn't. His behaviour was anti-social in ways that you had to be there to understand. He wasn't a deliberate Troll, he just had a lot of trouble fitting in.

Quite a few people tried to help him fit in, and that worked to an extent, but then it didn't.

He also missed quite alot of subtext on site, and some of the meaner people made fun of him for that. In the end some people went too far. I think some left the site the situation got so bad.

Some people portray him as a victim. But there are rules here, it's *not* a free for all. The internet is a big place and if people can't make their lives on this site work, it's better that they go elsewhere if staying disrupts the community.

So, now you know. I'm annoyed because I don't really want to be talking about this on my day off, and yet I'm seeing implied accusations of hypocrisy aimed at me. I'm not playing games with you and I'm not messing with your head. Whatever you've got going on, that's fine, but there's nothing wrong with what I'm doing on my side.

Effers, you last personal post to me came across as nasty. I have no idea if that's intentional or not, but as you said, I need to be looking after myself, and having you 'not get' my need for peace today is not good for me. On one level it's pretty simple: I'm not here for you or anyone else to demand information from. I told you there were others to ask, and instead you start a thread making accusations of hypocrisy.

Taff you don't treat other human beings like that if they are just a bit brain damaged.

That's totally different to calculating, game playing, nasty stuff.

Taff, do a google by site search for "lord wolfden". That might yield some threads that show all the spam postings of the time etc.

Taff did you see that recent doco highlighting treatment of people of people with learning difficulties because they wouldn't behave according to the rules the people in charge wanted.

I'm not saying its easy, I've worked as a support worker myself in a home with people with learning difficulties...and we did all we could to integrate them.

The bullying and abuse in that particular place was filmed by under cover cameras.

Otherwise it would have just been covered up.

I'm proud to live in a country where we try to expose abuse.
