h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well its a nice bright sunny day for many able to enjoy it. I think however that one bit of sunshine and everyone goes online. All I have had today is server errors all over the place. That and windows cannot display this web page.I have checked my connection and its all ok. Extra demand on servers so I am told.

So I seek the old sanctuary of H2, similar problem here when you go to post on a thread. I shall try and try again. Who knows this one might get through.

That first step is a doozy

Well this might be a last posting for a while as my computer is naffed thanks to a techie, I cannot access my email account anymore and I cannot do online searches either, and pages that I can access are not loading to well so if you don't see me around you know why. Until I can get a new net book i'm so bye guys see you around

Well thankfully I am sort of sorted after clicking a button that basically said do not use unless your pc is kaput! The layout has changed and I now have to go round the houses abit to get where I want to get to but at least it is functioning, sort of.

have you been copying Lil and pressing buttons

I found one that said do not press unless you can't do anything with your pc and at that point I couldn't so I pressed it. Everything shut down for a while but next day I tried again and although the navigation is abit awkward I can at least do a few basic things on here again. It will do for the time being anyways.

sounds like it was a roll back to an earlier setting err set up

I think its the earlier factory setting without some of the extras but it works again and thats the main thing. Hope you slept well MS told us you were well shattered
