Due to some unpleasant circumstances i will be taking a leave of abscence. i doubt anyone will notice but just in case anyone cares .... i don't know when i will be back or if at all. we will see i suppose.

not as drunk as i should be

it's quiet here on the mountain. too quiet. the lights are low. candles are flickering, testament to a long night. i should be down in the valley, drunk within an inch of my life with the rest of the morons that life in this area, clinging on to some total stranger singing stupid songs and pretending everything is ok. but i shy away from such petty delusions. so i am here, high on my mountain, sitting rather somberly, adrift in a sea of ambiance and sound, floating on a cloud of glitter.

Spell for Snow

Finally they say we will get about 12" of snow tomorrow. Yippee!! Looks like someone was listening. <SMILEY TYPE="witch"/> What sucks is all i will be able to do is sit inside and watch the snow fall because i can't go out and play in it. (back injury) Such a shame, winter is my favourite time of year. i normally make <SMILEY TYPE="snowman"/> and snow devils. this would be perfect to go on a wild hike through the mountains or rock hunting. Maybe i can convince someone to bring in a bunch of snow for me and i will build a fort inside. won't be the same though.

making plans to slack off

that's my plans for the weekend. playing FF8 and 9 on the playstation, maybe some spyro 3. i have a few gallons of ice cream and plenty of soda, some comfy pants and the ringer is turned off. time for some good old fashioned slacking.

i am so tired of the Xma$$ season... every year it feels like Xma$$ is getting longer and longer. i tried to make calls yesterday and everyone was closed for the holidays. come on now! Xma$$ isn't until monday! how can you be closed on friday? it's like instead of xma$$ day, it's now Xma$$ week!!! i can't even go to the grocery store without having to wait at least 45 minutes in line because of all the people. and the malls? i needed to buy more thread and you don't even want to know how far i had to walk to get to the store. it's insane.
