Who I am:
I am... well, me. Not much more can be said without running the risk of
hopelessly confusing people, which I feel would be against the purpose of the Guide.
Never mind the fact that the Guide is confusing anyway. :-)
In the intent of making it a tiny bit more so, I will explain a few bits that are important
to my work on the h2g2 earth edition. I am a reader of many fantasy books (my motto on
the subject is along the lines of "if it could happen here, its boring."), especialy wizard-
dragon-knight-etc kinds of books. That might explain my efforts to catalouge the races
of dragons and diffrent species of wizards.
A further explanation of that can be derived from the fact that I lost my metaphorical
marbles years ago.
In the intent of taking up space (a hobby of mine) I will tell you what I am not:
-Bill Gates (just thought I'd get that out of the way first)
-A mushroom
-That Guy Over There Who Wants to Buy a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster Six-Pack (I had
to have something from the books somewhere, right?)
-A genius (as far as I know, which is probably proof in itself)
-A fish
-A alien creature from the depths of the horsehead nebula, who came to earth because
of a family argument which resulted in his annoying older brother playing a nasty prank and
sending his flying saucer into orbit around mars. Who found a internet connection (they are
everywhere these days) and is collecting information to destroy the planet. (honest! I'm really not!)
-Pikachu
-A person in the possesion of enough power to wipe the abovementioned yellow power plant off
the face of this earth
-Someone who thinks that doing just that would be a bad idea (in other words, a ten-year-old)
-A normal person
So there you have it. Confused yet?
If not, thats very dissapointing.
