Traveller in Time learning every day
"Did not know it was allowed to leave some 'whitespace' inbetween
H2G2= "A2280467"
Guess that is the only remark about the GuideML Well it should be near perfect by a SubEditor

Hi TiT,
Yes, it's very strange - am starting to feel a bit paranoid about my page now!
I probably didn't mean to leave that space but it still works... I know you need to leave a space between the "url" and TITLE in an external link, or it doesn't work.

Traveller in Time keeper of Tags and Toys
"The only spaces (normally) allowed inside the hooks of a Tag are the spaces separating the Attributes.
Anyway the problem seems to have been an overactive popup blocker . Just showing automatic filtering is not perfect when humans are involved. "

"spaces separating the Attributes?" -
Sorry, I'm not very well up on the intricacies of GuideML. I only know about the space needed in links to external websites when you want a specified title to appear in the References bar because DannyB (a much older hand on H2G2 than me) told me how to do it - I've never seen it listed anywhere else.

The attributes are the things that go in the <> other than the main tag. So, in a tag, the H2G2 (or HREF) and the TITLE are the attributes
PS. Who are you calling old?
