People say that. Not sure about the amount of glass and chrome that's crept in... You buy £lots telly, and end up spending £lots extra for a stand.
Psst... found some more chocy hiding in the fridge, bountys and caramel and a crunchie.
Do you think it's possible to guess what a persons house is like from the way they are on-line? Or are you just good a guessing? As 2 for 2, not bad.

It was the detail that got me, "Modern" kitchen, "Silky" in the bedroom.
Y'can have the other Bounty, I don't like 'em, besides a flake and a caramel, and a crunchie... I'm made of chocy.
*grabs a banana to make good*
And there is more than one livingroom. Yes tis free out free, "plush" carpet, that'd be the other livingroom.

Gah!
*goes in t'kitchen, gets scrubby sponge, and a wipey down sponge
Wipes down the (not leather sofa*) first. Grabs lils donnys wipes them clean with wipey down sponge. - pauses - Wipes lils fizz hog too.*
Really! And that stinky mat is going in the wash too!
*hands lil a cuppa * and a you'll need it........*
*Leather sofa. Now there is a story. Basically; 'go with my first thought' is right. After a day wandering round shops, having sales people leap out of secret portholes in space and time, just so they can utter the words "Can I help you sir." - Translates to "I'm on commission, and wont give you five minutes to sit down on a chair and see if you can imagine using it at home, live with it, never mind the style.
As a joke I said t'other people I was with, "let's go look in Ikea" thinking take that as the thing never wanted. Something got ordered by way of brown leather, two chairs and a sofa.
My attitude to Ikea:-
1. Art they sell = OK is if your a property developer 'dressing a house;.
2. The bits'n'bobs yeah they're OK. Shiny things .
2. Some of the stuff looks nice, but it's rubbish.
3. It's always going to be worth the extra 30% to buy a proper thing from a proper shop.
4. The customer service, not good, the staff even talk of "Ikea" as a third party, that they are not involved in, never mind wearing Ikea uniform! Daft b*ggers, must think people are as daft as them.
5. It's a day out, in a "for her way." *hides the metal coasters he'd buy* *ahem*
Anyway, the stuff came damaged, it went back; end of.
Went to M&S and bought real furniture, not Ikea toy furniture.
Don't like leather, but two chairs are coming from a leather furniture shop for the <./>GamesRoom</.> - Well the room I sit in, the room I don't have to see what's going on in the street, the room that faces the sunsets.
There you go, daft, grumpy, and bit “of me” all in the one post.
BTW has B'Elena fell down the bog?
So what's your house like? (A) 1920-1940's semi? (B) 1960-1970's semi? © 1990-now shoe box?
*finks it's A.*

I finkin you'r a Wilton/Axminster style swirly pattern person, or have 'sampler' mats at the doors like that even if they don't match the flooring.
*looks around here* Hmm.
Finks kitchen, dark Oak or white-ish, but you want middle of the road teak/light Oak/ 'clean; look with stainless steel things in there?

Differnt colours... What does it say...
You like to put things in order. It may look a miss-mash to others, but you like to give each individual in the house responsibility for themself.
Either that, or the was a sale on down the market.
