Hi Ed, just starting up the discussion thread, is this the right place?
Are exudances limited to fluids, no because we've got expilation of dead hair cells and skin cells and defaecation. Then unaided excludes abortion. Looks like birth is in.

Wellll....I've called them effluvia in my entry: A3826217
Abortion can be spontaneous, when it is more commonly known as miscarriage. I think it will be best to cover that along with birth as Parturition (giving birth to a partridge?!!!!)
Which bits do you feel like having a stab at, then?

Effluvia it is then, more of a ring to it, and same chances of being picked up by a search engine. How about I have a go at Urination?

How's your urination going? Anything for me to C&P yet? So far I've done Exhalation, Expectoration, Ejaculation, Menstruation, Parturition and Lactation. A3826217

Any more thoughts on urination? Here might be a good place to start: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urination
I'm making good progress. Nearly there - I've just polished off defaecation and now need to think of a fancy-pants word for spontaneous bleeding (nose bleeds, gingivitis, stigmata...)

You know...that would make an excellent entry on its own.
How about if you submit it separately and I...er...extract the urine in a shorter form for my entry (and also credit you). And I'll also add something on the role of urination techniques in male/female differences in visuo-spatial ability. (Apparently boys are better at visuo-spatial tasks because they learn to aim their pee). Plus some stuff about putting out campfires.

Reading the item, sounds great!
Some more info on Lachrimation. There are two sets of lachrimal glands. The tears for eyeball lubrication are at the top inner of the eye and inside the eyelid itself. Glands at the top outer of the eyelids produce tears used to show emotion or wash away excess impurities. Before it gets chance to burst over the bottom eyelid when produced in high quantities, some tear fluid is drained off the eyeball through the ducts in the bottom inner corner aided by rapid blinking. It could be mentioned that this drain flows into the back of the nasal cavity, hence the runny nose when having a good cry.
Keep it up, I look forward to seeing this one in the Guide.
