too much here - I put on two kilos in the last 3 month, so now I have to loose another 7 not 5 (but I'll take my time, it didn't get on my hips in a fortnight so I don't have to loose it in two weeks time)

Yes take it slow, time can help if you have a goal in mind!

yes, I lost 12 kilos before, but also slowly (in about a years time)
so I don't really worry
have to start sport and just alter my meals a little

good thing is, I don't have enough money to enter a shop I recently found quite near my home (well, about 3 kms away but at a part of the city I frequently visit): a choclate shop with hmmmmmm choc pralines.....

Yes money in those circumstances can be a big temptation!

I have been to that place before Christmas, there is a similar one in our city center and I had promised my daughter that we will go there for a hot choclate one day in winter, now we didn't have to go that far

and it was really great,

but I must admit that I am not overly tempted by choclate so it is okay anyway (this way I can always appreciate it whenever I like without thinking of calories)

You have self-control, that's good! I sometimes have trouble there.

What's the weather like at your place at the moment? Here it wasn't really winter so far - something between autumn and winter and mostly greay, but today the sky is blue so far.

Thankyou, I did sleep quite well - now it's time! Not the winter I remember as a child, much more like spring. It's -9 C but very nice & sunny.

well, we do have a global warming as it seems - but -9 degree doesn't sound spring like to me.

Today it was about 7 degree here, not warm but nice because it was sunny.

*sigh* yes global warming http://www.climatehotmap.org ...well, when winter can be -19, -29 or even -39 then -9 C is quite springlike.

that's right, here it never gets that cold so -9 would be winter temperature for me
