Thanks for dropping by, please leave a message! This is still a bit of a temporary effort, but I'm working on it.
I'm a 2nd year photography, film and imaging student. I am concentrating on stills at the moment. I'm still not sure why I picked photography as I tend to be more academic than artistic. At the moment I'm finding it really stressful just now, I'm right up against it for deadlines. I prefer still photography to moving image, but I will probably go back to moving image at some point.
Work.
I work part time behind the bar in a miner's social club, which is part nightclub, social club, bingo hall, bowling club and an average pub. Unless you've been in a social club of some kind it's very difficult to describe. It's a whole set of entries all on it's own!
Dogs.
I live with my dog, Odin, who is a cane corso. They are a mollosser breed from Italy, and extremely rare in this country. I have another one, his daughter, Cloud, who is living in France at the moment until her passport comes through and I can go and get her!
Inerests and hobbies.
Well, photography used to be my hobby but I can't really call it that now. Between work and uni I have don't have time for much else!

Peter Ackroyd
and loads more, that's just what I could think of off the top of my head, and I'm quite poor at remembering names. Lately, I have found that I have been reading a lot more text and theory books in a wide range of subjects due to uni.
The Guide
I've only been dotting around here a couple of days, but I'm hooked. Everyone has been really welcoming and there's loads of stuff to explore and take part in. I can't wait to contribute myself, and I'm hoping to meet lots of people and make new friends.
