Morning!Ah; dont take any notice i know nothing-just had a bit of a stutter .
Icty will know what i was talking about i should think-its all common knowledge -just a bit ancient: quite intresting if you wanted to know how Microsoft-made there name aswell though. I am no techie as Lil said, i am a total novice.

Hi. I didn't spot any spelling mistakes-but i saw Dracula-great book : i really enjoyed it; Frankenstein is similar and equally good.

re: CP/M stuff - I seem to recall that the CP/M machines I used (the old Amstrad CPC and PCWs plus something ancient called a 'Torch' which I think was a hackabout BBC B) played tricks with assembler.
As I recall they all used 8080 instruction set and then compiled that to the underlying chipset. But it was a long time ago!
I remember Logo! There was another one like it wasn't there? Can't remember it though. Ah the hours of writing Logo script to draw pretty fractal trees
We also had a LISP interpreter on one of the school machines, not that we did that much with it. Whenever it did an error dump you'd get about 50 pages flash up the screen with no line breaks or anything. Not easy to debug!
