Just spotted a very simple 42 for your id - surprised no-one's got this before:
21 - 25 + 1 + 45

Thanks Andy - simple but nice. As are the sums.
MJ especially for you as a token of my appreciation.

Just seen you over on Waffle - that nice red lentil/dung mal and veg curry does indeed sound yummy... I come home hungry and have to start thinking about what to cook...I think I need a wife! When I wasn't working, the breadwinner would come home to the appetising smell of a delicious meal...the last time he tried to cook, he left the polystyrene disc under the pizza... not quite the appetising smell as there should have been!
MJ but it was just boring spaghetti tonight. I've really lost all enthusiasm for cooking.

You've put them on your page already - that was quick! I like the first one best because it's so simple. My number poses more problems because it's only 6 digits - it's rare for me to see someone with an earlier number than I've got - and it's got those 2 pesky 0's in it.

>>red lentil/dung mal and veg curry<< - did you mean dung mal?!?! Sounds pretty awful!!!
my standard recipe, with slight variations, which I can do almost on autopilot. I'm a lot less interested in cooking than I used to be but I do like good food and dislike convenience foods so I'm prepared to make some effort to produce it - but not too much!! Having said that, it's a long time since I've made my own pizza - yummy though it is. I have a few Sainsbury's ones in the freezer which suffice if I'm really pushed for time (minus base disc!!)
I'm stooffed!

>>Is Eric's any easier?<<
Eric? You're not suggesting that I know another poster here called Eric are you? I'll have to log out and log in again to find what his number is.

I've just had a little chat with Eric and his no is 3012525 - has a lot more potential.

That'll keep you busy for a while then.
Newsflash - little R's just returned from A&E with confirmation that her little finger's fractured. School tennis accident - now no flute playing, piano playing, tennis, swimming, horse-riding, gymnastics, trampolining or fighting with her big brothers.

Oh dear! I hate to do this but the title of this thread says it all!

Sorry!
The "Oh Dear" was intended to be heartfelt. But then I noticed the Snap! and couldn't resist it.

I've been put into an emotional blackmail situation now...on the way home from hospital, R learned that a woman up the road's cat has recently had kittens..."Mum, as a present for my broken finger can I have one PLEEEEEEEEEASE?" It's me who's the heartless one now, for saying a firm "NO - we have 3 cats already" as I'm outnumbered 4 to 1. Of course I love kittens BUT...I reckon 3's quite enough. Husband's arguing that they've never had a kitten, only adult cats...I can see me losing this battle.

So can I! Something new to go on the Cute Kitten thread though isn't it?
