I live on the South Coast am retired and trying very hard to lose weight and stay as healthy for as lons as possible so spend a good amount of my time cooking what I think of as good nourishing food for both my husband and myself. Added to this I try to manage a walk along the length of the seafront most days, just to help in my weight loss campaign.
