Hello from Animbus, a Kiwi.
It is 11.50pm in New Zealand, on a lovely Saturday night!
The constellation of Leo is visible, and I suspect (without checking) that Jupiter is the planet just passing through it. I have an interest in the night sky, and have taught myself to identify the "dust specks" (as my good friends mocked of my amateur pics!). I don't know all that much about "technical" astronomy though - Quantum and Quark are both words that start with Q. And a quark oscillates, and quantum is something very small. That probably covers it!
I am also interested in the Old Norse language. (And their art, and their weaponry, and their ships, and their drink!)
If you want information on Mead in New Zealand, I might be able to help.
(Mead = honey alcohol = liquid gold = my favourite tipple.)
I do Animation for a living. This was prompted in a large part by my interest in the world of the "character". Don't get me started on the importance of "character" - you will be much older by the time I finish, and probably not all that much wiser for it!
I enjoy Stereo-photography (= two pictures photographed at once to produce a 3D image), and have recently been around Scotland and Scandinavia, photographing old sites and things.
