After a decade of suckiness with the Tiger's, I'll give you my expert opion:
"It gives the impression that they're doing SOMETHING!"
(but in reality my expert opion is: "I don't know why they do it")
We'll be going through our 5th rebuilding trades in 5 years shortly.

I just wanted to say I have expert opinion, not expert spelling ability.
As far as my expert opinion of the law of averages, I put forth the example of the Detroit Lions. Their last championship was 44 years ago. (I rest my case)
