No apology is necessary, AW. "Rat-bag" is a wonderful term and it very nicely describes a larger than 5% proportion of the Australian population. A person can be both a "rat-bag" and a "dirt-bag" which means that there is a certain amount of cross-over in the percentages, thus allowing for the inclusion any other sort of "-bag" which may be encountered.
