I especially liked the part where *you* took charge of the water blaster and he ran like a scared little kid and locked himself inside his truck.

But it wasn't exactly wet all over, you know.... and it wasn't exactly see-through when it *was* wet.
Speaking of hot days... when I got up this morning (around 6 - yes, it *does* get to be that time in the morning too!) it was already hotter than the predicted high for the day (72 - it was already 73 )- so much for weather forecasts ... Anyhow, the last time I checked, it had gotten up to almost 80, but then suddenly, a cold front came through - and it dropped back into the 60's in very short order.
Blessed relief! I think fall may have fell!

It was cold and wet for us all weekend! Nothing like having autumn slap you right in the face!
We didn't really need the relief, and I for one am sorry it's not warm anymore! I love the summer!

And yet you live in the north?
*sigh*
I much prefer cooler weather.
I always figure I can only take off so many clothes to get cooler, but I can always put more on to get warmer.

TJ made a crack about living in the north to me too! I can't help where I was born! I can't help my low blood pressure and lack of blood!

I hear tell about places in the north where when it gets hot in the summer, they open the windows to cool off.
I can't imagine doing that and actually getting cooler, but I hear there are places like that.

Actually, it's like that here usually. We get a lovely breeze off of the ocean, and we only had about 2 weeks this summer that it didn't help.
