Hello Hello
Hi to the h2g2 community! I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, where I am presently going to school and feeling like it will never end and let me into the real world. :) I've been reading and enjoying h2g2 for ages, so I thought that I would finally take the leap in learning a little more about using the web, and get myself signed up as a Researcher. So this should be an interesting adventure.
A little bit about me is in order, I suppose, so I can get started in meeting new people. I am studying medicine, and am about halfway through. I'm an outdoors person, and am happiest when I'm out and about, camping, hiking, paddling or doing anything else in the wild blue yonder. I love music, and have very eclectic tastes in it, as my previous university roommates would attest to. I also play a variety of musical instruments. I also love history, I guess it balances out the science side of my life.
Anyhow, I hope that this will be an interesting adventure, though I'm sure it will be punctuated by periods of inactivity coinciding with periods of increased study/decreased sleep. Drop me a line, and I'll do my best to answer and have something interesting to say. Here's to a new adventure meeting new people, learning new things, and enjoying the wonders of life!
