All I can suggest is the usual - chiropractice if things don't settle quickly.
Physician - quick check up.
Physiotherapist / masseuse
Hope you get well soon, take it easy in the mean-time if possible.
Sorry for stating the obvious (and I stand corrected if any of this is the wrong advice)

You have my sympathy. Having had to have knee repacements in both knees, I can relate to your pain. The right one has had to be done four times as it as come to pieces three times.
Anyway, something else to that you might be interested in.
When the spider dropped into the bath, I thought I'd better fish it out. I'm not quite sure where I grabbed her, but she shot up in the water like a dolphin in a marina. Gas, I shouted, only she'd knocked the gyser off the wall, and the room was full of gas. She jumped up out of the bath, trod on the bar of soap and shot out of the bathroom, as if all the hounds of hell were after her. I could hear her banging and crashing down the stairs. As she lay there, naked dripping, bleeeding and wet, so a British Telecom man was peering through the letter box. Now I'd told them mornings only, but there he was. I was going to send him away again, but couldn't, as I wanted to telephone for the ambulance, and couldn't until after he'd repaired the phone. So well anyway............

Stone Aart,
Welcome to me 'umble abode
I've had a number of bone graphs, pins and nerve sheaf operations on my neck that going to the GP will only get me another prescription for painkillers.
X-Rays confuse the hospital, because they cannot see if anything further has been misplaced, and it's too expensive for an MRI scan just to check. I will know in another week if there is more damage, as the current discomfort should have died down by then
lil xx

Glad to hear you're moving into a bungalow
Wish I could do the same. Or into a tower with a few elevators to choose among

We just about found the living room and kitchen this morning, and then dad visited, again! He was only here yesterday. Today he wanted to have a nosy in our sheds - then left with a load of tools, and bits n bobs we don't actually need
One of hubby's sisters and her husband also turned up this morning with a 'New Home' card. Seems their eldest daughter works with the young lady of the couple who have bought our old house
Aly Cat is having fun, now that she's settled down. Yesterday she came home from the cattery and couldn't find her way around. Today she is quite at home
I've found all me good clothes, which were in the suitcase, but my day to day clothes and underwear are still in boxes - somewhere!
Good job I packed some stuff into an overnight bag
lil xx
