It was really good. Been a long day...

Went up to local town morning, then took Dad to Argos in Lancaster to get a digi-box for his tv, as their digital switch-over is on Nov. 5th, so I've had to show them how it all works. Left for Blackpool at about 3pm, got back here for 11.40pm!! Had a great time, parked right up at the North end, caught a tram down to the Pleasure Beach (didn't bother with the rides), then walked the full distance back. There was a Doctor Who museum on the front which we had a look round, that was really good.

All in all, a great day, but very tiring.

We're all doing great, thanks! Antibiotics and other tablets doing the trick. The Missus is complaining that her feet are cold, and need warming up...

depends if someone has put a bob in the meter though

She's in bed next to me at the moment. She put the tv on, said "Ooh, I haven't seen this film for a while", watched about 3 minutes of it, then fell asleep. Beat the drums as much as you want, lil, you won't wake her!

(oh, but of course, if I switch it off, she'll open her eyes, say "Hey, I was watching that!", and get annoyed with me!)
