My life and universe...welcome

Hi....I am a student, majoring in Business.
Someday, when I am about 45, I am going to open a restaurant. It will be called the Alcove. I will run it for about 15 years and then it will finance my retirement. Obviously this is a long-term project and I work on it a lot- I originally wanted to open within two years, but if something is worth doing it is worth doing well (too many businesses fail because they open before they are fully prepared).
I will pray for anyone who wants me to.
I am currently trying to remember to wear my glasses as I sometimes have a lazy eye...especially when stressed. If I can not get this condition reversed, I will have to have a surgery to tighten the eye muscles. I am scared of this and trying to become less scared.
I am current but I am also a lot of anachronism in most things. I love the 80s in particular. I love Billy Idol and Robert Palmer. Robert Palmer's "Simply Irresistible" used to be my favorite song (still in shock over his death).
I need to learn how to sew more and am planning to by a Brothers sewing machine this year (a digital one preferably Disney). The only thing I know how to do is embroidery and I can make basic repairs. I can't sew a hem in a straight line and I want to eventually be good enough to make my own clothes. I can not knit or crochet yet either....these have always mystified me.
